By visiting, registering, accepting an Offer, or obtaining any services or digital content on the Platform, the User (“User”, “you”) acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) and agrees to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

Introduction

You must be and hereby affirm that you are an adult of the legal age of majority in your country and state of residence. If you are under the legal age of majority but at least 13 years old, your parent or legal guardian must consent to this Agreement.

If you are under 13 years old, you are **not** permitted to use the Platform.

Eligibility

By registering on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.

If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Platform.

Terms & Definitions

1. Terms and Definitions
1.1 For the purposes of the Agreement the following definitions apply:

• “Platform” – the web platform located at https://allshop.gg  
• “User” – any person who uses the Platform. Two roles exist: Customers and Sellers  
• “Customer” – a User who accepts an Offer and makes an Order on the Platform and/or obtains services or digital content  
• “Seller” – a User who provides Services on the Platform  
• “Services” – in-game services (coaching, challenge help, etc.) provided by a Seller  
• “Price” – the cost of the Services offered on the Platform  
• “Offer” – the Seller’s public offer to provide Services  
• “Order” – an Offer accepted by a Customer  
• “Warranty period” – the time during which the Customer may raise shortcomings and demand corrections or a commensurate price reduction

About These Terms

2. About These General Terms
2.1 Together with the Terms of Service for Customers and/or Sellers (whichever applies) these General Terms form the complete agreement (“Agreement”) between you and us, superseding any prior agreements.

2.2 The Terms of Service for Customers and/or Sellers are deemed part of the Agreement and are accepted simultaneously with these General Terms during registration.

2.3 You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement or warranty not set out in the Agreement.

2.4 Rights granted are licensed, not sold. No title or ownership in the Platform is transferred.

2.5 We may suspend your access if you breach the Agreement or applicable law.

2.6 If these General Terms are translated, the English version prevails in case of conflict.

Platform Usage

3. Platform Usage
3.1 The Platform enables Customers to obtain help with in-game performance from professional Sellers by:
  • listing Offers  
  • selecting Orders for performance  
  • providing integrated chat for interaction  

Users may only use the Platform in compliance with law. The Platform is not responsible for users’ legal violations.

3.2 Offers are listed by Sellers to meet demand.

3.3 Only activation-key products marked as sold by **Allshop** are provided by us directly; all other Services are provided solely by Sellers.

3.4 Users receive a non-exclusive licence to access Platform functionality.

3.5 Interaction between Customers and Sellers must remain on-Platform; external contact may lead to account suspension.

3.6 You are responsible for all costs incurred while using the Platform.

3.7 Availability of the Platform may vary by location; you are responsible for local legal compliance.

3.8 Your use must comply with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

3.9 You must **not**:
  • introduce malicious code or mount denial-of-service attacks  
  • attempt unauthorised access to the Platform or connected systems  

3.10 We may suspend access at our sole discretion.

Registration & Data

4. Registration & Data Protection
4.1 Registration is required for full use (see the separate Terms of Service for Sellers/Customers).

4.2 You must not disclose game-account details to third parties.

4.3 You must protect your login credentials and notify us of any unauthorised use.

4.4 You must provide accurate, up-to-date information. Accounts may be suspended for false data.

4.5 We may request KYC documentation; failure to supply within 7 days may lead to account removal.

4.6 You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

4.7 We may require password changes or suspend accounts in case of breach.

4.8 Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.9 While we strive for security, we do not actively monitor non-personal user data for confidentiality.

Prohibited Actions

5. Prohibited Actions
5.1 Users must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble Platform software except where law expressly permits.

5.2 Users must not post or generate content that is illegal, hateful, violent, exploits minors, spreads malware, facilitates fraud, disinformation, spam, or unlicensed pharmaceuticals, or is sexually explicit.

5.3 On notification we will use reasonable efforts to remove infringing or inappropriate content and may delete offending accounts.

5.4 Report infringing content to us immediately using the contact details in section 17.

IP & Ownership

6. IP & Ownership
6.1 All intellectual-property rights in the Platform belong to Allshop Ltd or its licensors.

6.2 All such rights are reserved.

6.3 Nothing grants you rights beyond the limited licence to access the Platform.

6.4 You must not distribute content from the Platform in a manner that violates third-party rights.

6.5 “Allshop” is a trademark of Allshop Ltd. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners (e.g. Blizzard Entertainment, Riot Games). We are not affiliated with these companies.

6.6 Use of “Allshop” requires our prior written consent.

Accuracy & Availability

7. Accuracy & Availability
7.1 We strive to keep the Platform accurate, up-to-date, and bug-free but cannot guarantee it.

7.2 We may suspend or terminate the Platform or parts of it at any time.

7.3 Content is for general information and is not legal, financial, or technical advice.

7.4 We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Service Availability

8. Service Availability
8.1 All Orders are subject to availability. If an Order becomes impossible (e.g. due to legal change) we will cancel and refund the Customer.

Liability

9. Liability
9.1 We are liable only for foreseeable loss caused by our breach.

9.2 We are not liable for unforeseeable loss or business losses.

9.3 We are not liable for loss of profits, sales, data, or indirect damages.

9.4/9.6 Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid on the Platform (if any).

9.5 We are not liable for Sellers’ actions. Orders are strictly between Seller and Customer.

9.7 Nothing limits liability for fraud or any liability the law does not allow us to exclude.

9.8 We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.

9.9–9.10 You agree to indemnify Allshop Ltd against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use.

Third-party Rights

10. Third-party Rights & Transfer
10.1 Only you and Allshop may enforce this Agreement.

10.2 We may transfer our rights without notice; you may not transfer yours without written consent.

Variation of Terms

11. Variation of Terms
11.1 No changes are valid unless agreed by us in writing.

11.2 We may update these Terms; continued use signifies acceptance.

Complaints

12. Complaints
12.1 We aim to resolve disputes quickly. Contact us via the methods in section 17. Returns rules are in section 10 of the Terms of Service for Customers.

Disclaimer

13. Disclaimer
13.1 Except where prohibited by law, the Platform and related support are provided “as-is” without warranties.

13.2 We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or virus-free.

13.3 We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game developers mentioned; copyrights remain with their holders.

Dispute Resolution

14. Dispute Resolution (Allshop Arbitration)
14.1 Allshop Arbitration is an impartial intermediary resolving disputes between Users.

14.2 Either Party may file a formal complaint; Arbitration decisions are based on evidence.

14.3 Frequent unfounded complaints may result in account suspension.

14.4 We are not liable for consequences of such suspension.

14.5 Arbitration may impose sanctions per section 15.

Sanctions & Fines

15. Sanctions & Fines
15.1 We may cancel the Agreement and block accounts for breaches, abuse, fraud, or legal obligations.

15.2 We may withhold Seller payouts in cases of fraud or error.

15.3 If a Seller refuses to fulfil an Order, sanctions may include rating reduction, wallet withdrawal, refunds, or loss of Seller status.

15.4 Late Seller cancellations may incur a fine of up to 16 % of the Order cost.

15.5 Users will be notified of sanctions via e-mail and account notice.

Governing Law

16. Governing Law
16.1 All disputes are governed by Cypriot law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
