Terms of Service for Sellers 19/05/2025 By visiting, registering or accepting an Order on the Platform you (“Seller”, “you”) acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service for Sellers (“Terms”) and agree to be legally bound by them.
About These Terms
1. About these Terms 1.1 These Terms apply to any Order undertaken by you as a Seller and regulate all processes related to it. They apply to the exclusion of any other terms that you seek to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by law, trade custom, practice, or course of dealing. 1.2 We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. You agree to be bound by any variation. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately. 1.3 Terms are only available in English. In case of translation, the English version shall prevail. 1.4 Your use of the Platform is governed by our General Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions 2.1 All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined in these Terms have the meanings set forth in the General Terms and Conditions.
Using the Platform
3. Using the Platform 3.1 The Platform grants Sellers a non-exclusive license to access functionality for selecting Orders and communicating with Customers in connection with the provision of Services. 3.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding that non-exclusive license. You acknowledge you have not relied on any statement, promise, or warranty not set out herein.
Becoming a Seller
4. How to become a Seller 4.1 To become a Seller you must: • Register on the Platform via “Become a seller” on the homepage • Complete creation of a Seller account • Provide all personal data the administration requires for verification • Accept the Rules (integral to these Terms) • Successfully complete a test Order 4.2 Only after completing all steps above may you begin providing Services.
Creating Offers
5. Creating offers 5.1 Once you become a Seller you may create Offers. 5.2 To create an Offer go to Products → Add products and provide title, description, delivery time, price, and available quantity. 5.3 When a Customer buys your Offer you will receive an Order confirmation via email and a notification in your account. 5.4 After confirmation you will be able to chat with the Customer.
Quality of Services
6. Quality of Services 6.1 Services must meet Customer requirements and Platform Rules (article 5 of the Rules). Quality must satisfy all reasonable Customer demands. 6.2 The completion deadline must match the “Delivery time” you set when creating the Offer. 6.3 Customers may obtain a refund if the Order is not completed on time or does not match your description.
Fulfillment of Offer
7. Fulfillment of the Offer 7.1 The Seller must fulfill the Order within 48 hours after the Customer’s payment. 7.2 The Customer must confirm receipt once the Order matches the description. 7.3 Upon confirmation funds are transferred to the Seller’s account. 7.4 Customers may contact Sellers via chat a) before purchase for details, b) after purchase for clarifications or issues. 7.5 Sellers can respond via the “Sales” tab in their user panel. 7.6 If an Order is partially fulfilled or non-compliant, the Platform may return it for completion or withdraw it without compensation (see Rules, arts. 6–7).
Warranty Period
8. Warranty Period 8.1 If the Customer is dissatisfied, they may request changes or a price reduction within the Warranty Period. 8.2 Revisions must remain within the original Order instructions. 8.3 Customers may refuse Orders that do not meet initial requirements. 8.4 Warranty duration: 7 days (standard) or 30 days (with active subscription). 8.5 Warranty applies only to accounts purchased through our Platform and covers: • Stolen accounts • Undisclosed restrictions • Missing promised content • Withheld key information (resolved via Allshop arbitration per GTC §§14–15) 8.6 Orders are deemed complete and Seller obligations fulfilled upon Warranty expiration (or when marked “done” if no Warranty). 8.7 Customers may extend Warranty by purchasing a subscription.
Seller Rights
9. Rights of the Sellers 9.1 Refusal: If you refuse an Order without valid reason you may owe liquidated damages up to the Order amount. 9.2 Platform assistance: You may request help in disputes. If unresolved, the Order may be reassigned or cancelled. Disrespectful conduct may incur a USD 10 fine.
Prices
10. Prices 10.1 Service prices are shown in USD (including VAT) and are deemed accepted when you undertake an Order.
Payment & Withdrawal
11. Payment and Funds’ withdrawal 11.1 You may withdraw remuneration after Warranty expiration or, if no Warranty, once the Order is marked “done”. 11.2 If a refund is issued to the Customer we may withhold or reclaim amounts paid out. 11.3 You are responsible for withdrawal-method fees (maximum USD 500 per transaction). 11.4 Withdrawal requests are processed within two working days.
